Delicious

Often with low carb, one can be disappointed and feel that no food will ever be as good as the high carb variety. This breakfast crunchy delight, will not disappoint. As long as you like cinnamon you will enjoy this and you will not notice it’s low carb. Add some berries and homemade yoghurt. I like it on top almond milk with chia seeds I make the night before.

SUGAR SPIKES!!!

If you actually monitor your blood sugar level (via CGM or glucose monitor) you will realise that this product causes a huge sugar spike! This is due to the ingredient Tapioca Starch, which is officially classed as an "unavailable carbohydrate", meaning it is meant to pass through your system unabsorbed. Guess what? It gets absorbed. Straight into your bloodstream, spiking your blood sugar, just like all the leading cereals. It is pretty yummy, but then again sugar usually is.
